1. How are these leads generated?
   The leads are generated through outbound telemarketing. After speaking to the borrowers, we only transfer prospects that have at least $10,000 in unsecured debt and are starting to make late payments on that debt.
2. How are the leads delivered?
   Aged Leads are delivered via an emailed Excel file. Qualified leads are delivered using our exclusive web access system. Click here to view delivery methods of our Standard Leads.
3. When are the leads delivered?
   Aged leads are delivered the same day that payment is made.
4. In which states do you generate leads?
   Nationwide, but you can eliminate up to 10 states for your lead batch. Further state exclusions must be approved by management.
5. What is the minimum order size?
   The minimum order for Aged leads is 100. The minimum order for Qualified leads is 25.
6. Do you sell exclusive leads?
   Yes, the Qualified leads, as well as our Standard Leads are exclusive for at least 40 days.
7. How long does it take to get started?
   For Aged Leads, once payment is received (a credit card authorization form will be provided), the file is normally delivered within 1 business day.
8. Are there any setup fees/charges?
   There are no set up fees or charges. All costs are included in the lead price.
9. Can I adjust the filters?
   You can, but it may affect your price. Call us for special criteria.
10. Can I be more restrictive on the geography?
    Yes, you can filter out up to 10 states without special approval.
11. Do you offer assistance or guidance on closing these leads?
    Absolutely, buying the lead is half the battle, knowing what to do with it is just as important. We will train you on how to handle the leads and provide you with suggested opening scripts.
12. What happens if I get a bad lead?
    Qualified leads can be rejected for review and possible replacement according to our Lead Rejection and Replacement Policy.
